Thrifty Thursday and my new YouTube channel!

Hey everyone,

I have been so busy! I just got a new custom order for another Word Album and I am hoping to be able to share the how to of it here. :) Yes, isn't that exciting?! I got a YouTube account so you can go check it out HERE and see all the videos I have already uploaded there.

You can also check Thrifty Thursday every week to see a technique or a tip that will not bankrupt your wallet or bank account or credit card! ha! LOL

Today I am sharing how to make your own flowers with what you got!

I am also making a ton of cards for Operation Write Home! This is an awesome organization and you should join in and make some cards too. Here is a video showing off some of the cards I made.

There's still time to make some Father's Day Cards, so be sure to join in.

Would you leave a comment so I know you stopped by? Have a blessed week!

House Warming Shabby Vintage looking Cards

Last year I made a card and sold it on my Etsy shop. In January the buyer was back and requested that I would make 3 more of the same cards. I explained to her that I have a very hard time duplicating my items but I could make something similar. You tell me what you think.

Here is the original one.

Here are the other 3 cards I made upon request:

So which one is your favorite? :) for how-to and other tips please go HERE.

Camden's Album

Hi everyone,

I finished the second album last night. Here are few details on these albums: they are MDF not chipboard, they are about 8" tall and go as long as the word, sometimes 13-14" long. They are heavy, massive and gorgeous. The perfect decor for a mantle or a beautiful dresser.

I will be sharing some of the techniques and secrets of these albums on my other blog The Thrifty Scrapper. So be sure to stop by there and follow the blog to be notified when I post. Now to more photos... :) Be sure to click on them to enlarge and see the details up close.

I will be sharing the house cards tomorrow too.

Let me know you stopped by, leave me a comment? :)

Have a blessed weekend,

Tereza

Beware of the Bengal Tiger!

Did you know I homeschool? Yes, I get to spend all day with my 4 blessings.

We are trying some new classes this Spring. We are doing Science and Art together at home. So this past Tuesday we studied about the Bengal Tiger. As part of the study everyone gets to draw the animal we are studying and the ones that know how to write will write down characteristics of the animal and other information they want to remember.

Here is my 7 year old's take on the Bengal Tiger. I thought she was very creative and unique at how she saw the tiger.

here's my 4 year old's drawing. The animal is definitely fierce. Don't you think?

here's mine. I tried to duplicate what I saw on the book. So not original! :( My 2 year old helped me color it though. :)

Now if you would like to try your creativity without leaving home with what you got at home you need to head to my other blog for Thrifty Thursday.

Love to hear your comments.

Be blessed,
Tereza

Catching up on my Custom Orders

After having a baby everything changes and your night becomes your day and your day becomes... uh... a mess!! Anyway, after 4 weeks of sleepless nights with my baby we are beginning to sleep again during the night. I am getting all my customers orders up to date and you should be able to start seeing albums and other things here.

Do you remember this album?

Well, it's almost done. Actually there are 2 of these and both will be ready next week. Please be sure to follow my blog to come back and check out the final result.

Yesterday, I shared the custom order for 3 cards. Here are they READY!

I will share next week the details and supplies that I used on them, so be sure to come back.

Have a great weekend and remember to celebrate the real reason for this coming Sunday: Jesus Christ is Risen!

Be blessed,

Darling TAGS and a custom CARD!

I am on a roll... First I wanted to share a card that is a custom order. Some time back this sweet lady bought one of my cards and then she came back saying the recipient really liked it and was going to frame it. So she asked me to make her 3 more. As usual I can't duplicate my cards exactly, so I am making 3 more with the same elements but all different. Here is the first one.

I will share the other 2 when I finish them.

Now here are some adorable tags that I made also these past couple of days. They are available for sale at my Etsy shop.

thanks for browsing and take a minute to say hi in the comments section. :)

Be blessed today,

Tereza
